Ella came to us from a large municipal shelter. She had what seemed like kennel cough, she had only a number, and she had a euthanasia date. We heard about #96293 and "tagged" her for our rescue and spent a week working out a transport for her and worrying that somehow she would get lost in the big shelter and be euthanized.
But now we have Ella, and she is just the nicest, most mellow and confident dog. She meets other dogs without hesitation, she is good with adults and children and she is nicely house trained.
Ella is a young adult black dog with white on her face and neck, weighing 58 pounds. She may be a Lab/Border Collie mix, but whatever her breed, we are impressed with her calmness, friendliness, and confidence. Ella is spayed, up to date with vaccinations, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped.
Requested adoption donation for Ella is $250.
